10 Truths and a lie

The other day some friends of a friend and I were playing one of those notorious party games: Two Truths and a Lie.  I wasn't terribly excited about the game, but I was curious to see if I could stump a room full of near strangers... or if the one person that I did know would be able to tell which one was my lie. It turns out I'm just not that great of a liar. I kept coming up with some really good answers and then I'd remember that while the answer I found was good, what I was really looking for... still, was my lie. I even learned the secret to winning this game one time, but as hard as I tried I couldn't find a good lie.
But it's interesting, and I thought I'd put up a few things here that people may or may not know about me, just for fun.

  1. I have flown planes on multiple occasions
  2. I got arrested... well sort of arrested, but it only happened once
  3. I am an internationally published author
  4. I was one inch away from making it to the state tournament for pole vaulters
  5. I was an Athlete Driver for the 2002 winter Olympics
  6. Two of my brothers are doctors
  7. If I sleep on my right side, I usually can't walk the next day... sometimes the day after that
  8. I have created and an app for both iphone and android devices
  9. I have been on national TV and in an international movie
  10. I could sit and watch geysers pretty much all day long
  11. When I was a teen I wanted to grow up and become a Disney animator
Can you spot the lie?  Do you know me that well? Have I told you all of these stories like a bajillion times? :) have a great day!

I think your lie is that you've only made an iPhone App, not Android.

Just a guess. I really don't know!

You should tell all these stories for those of us who don't know them.

Wow! A comment! They tell me that the best way to win the game is to not be too specific, but I kinda think it's cheating to use Tuesday instead of Wednesday, or 37 instead of 42. So which stories do you know?

I think you should write 10 posts (or 9 posts) and tell us the stories.

Like, I think the arrested one is true, but I haven't ever heard about it. I just think you would put it on here for the shock factor because it seems false.

I'm gonna bet that doesn't happen... First, because I just don't take the time to write anymore, and second cause I'm not sure I still even have a handful of readers... However, I have started compiling my next ten somewhat surprising truths. For what it's worth.

Okay, well, then just tell me the arrest story.

And, my guess at the lie is:

you could sit and watch geysers pretty much all day long

(also, in my comment above, I should have used the numbers 10 and 11 in order for the comment to make sense)
