I Almost had it

As some of you might know I thought I could do it.
I thought I could get Barack's VP before it was out,
well, I may have done it.
I don't have any real proof,
but I have... let's call them inconsistencies, that lead me to believe I may have found it.

So tomorrow if you get the txt msg. Feel free to leave me funny comments about how wrong I was, but if I had to guess (Friday, Aug. 22 2008 @ 6:35 p.m. )

I would guess Sam Nunn of Macon Georgia.
That's all I have.

Sam Nunn, Joe Biden meh,
I was close.
Ish

He sure did lay into "his friend McCain." I hate to see how he treat those of us he doesn't even know.

I also like that he criticizes McCain for being a millionaire (even though Barack is one too).

Fortunately we Americans have a good strong economy and don't need a vice president who knows how to manage money. (Yeah Biden's net worth is less than his ANNUAL Salary. (and that includes his home)

For someone who pulls in a solid six figues every year, I expect a little more. I'm just saying.

But I guess we will see,
I hope he's a good man,
I hope I get time to learn more,
If he becomes the veep, well good job.

So, why did you think Sam Nunn? Would you have preferred him?

Honestly, I don't know enough about Joe Biden yet. I hope I make time to learn more. A it is, I'm struggling to make a decision between the two guys. I was hoping their Veep choices would help.

I too am mostly clueless here.
I thought Sam would be the Veep because as I was "Searching" Barack's Website, I noticed some irregularities with his name. When I "searched" Joe, and Hillary, they came up the same, but when I "searched" Sam, it came back different.

As for whether or not I like him I really don't know, but I'm definitely not sold yet.

I think it will be quite the battle.
and honestly, I wouldn't be surprised to see the person who tries to take the high road the most as the winner.

What do you think about McCain's VP pick?

I Think it is an awesome choice.
I still need to learn a little more, but so far I like what I know.
There was a lot of buzz about Tim Pawlenty. I don't know much about him, but I like S.P. more.

I could be very happy with the choice, and it might make a very interesting race.

Two points for ponder:
The VP is the tie-breaker vote in Congress.
and I would not consider it a stretch to see either president "unable to preform his duties."

So the Joe versus Sarah debate becomes very interesting.

Do you really think Obama could end up "unable to perform his duties"? Is it for the reason I think it is?

I've heard there was already a foiled attempt on his life. I think he will need to be extra careful, but want to be "among the people."

I would hope it won't happen, but I can't say I'd be too surprised.

(of course with Hillary out, that may improve his life expectancy (D.E.))

I don't get the last sentance. Sorry, sometimes I'm clueless/slow. :)

I am of the opinion that Hillary has some pretty fanatical fans, and also that having her around too much could easily take years off one's life.
